Saw on Amazon that the new 5:2 recipe book is out now. Has anyone bought it yet, and if so would you recommend it ?

Is that 'The Fast Diet' one by Mimi or is it's Kate Harrison's 5:2 one?

I don't have either but so far have heard only good things about Mimi's recipe book :)
Hi Moogie,

Its the Mimi Spencer one

Hi, I purchased the fast diet recipe book from tesco's (£8.99) and i cant wait to try them all out - it's my new bible, lots of gorgeous photos and packed with useful information. I particularly like the way that it shows you exactly how many calories are in each recipe.
Definitely worth buying if your a foodie like me :)
I've ordered the 2 day diet cookbook by Michelle Harvie - Dr M spoke about her research with 5:2 and women in regard to minimising/helping with breast cancer. That book has just been published - this is my order link from Book Depository. Will let you know when I get it

I bought the 5:2 book by Mimi and also the 2 Day Diet cookbook. They both look good. I think Mimi's book has a lot more in it and it's very nicely photographed, but I think I'll be using the 2 Day Diet book more, as the recipes appeal to me more, being very simple and quick to prepare. I also like the fact that Carbs and Protein counts are included, as well as calories.
I am interested in the 2 Day Diet cookbook and tried to see some reviews online and could not find any. Is it only recently out?
thanks Marie and Evie, I may buy both of them.
