5:2 Recipe Book Recommendations

Hi,

I started the diet about a month ago and was doing really well having lost about a pound a week but now I'm struggling and have managed to put it all back on . I'm one of those people who needs 3 meals a day, so I normally have a boiled egg with a couple of slices of cooked meat for breakfast, a cuppa soup for lunch and chicken stirfry for dinner. I've been eating the same thing twice a week for 4 weeks and i think thats why I'm struggling as I'm getting really bored!!
I know there are a few recipe books out now but has anyone tried them and could recommend one which could help please??
Thanks
Lots of people swear by the Hairy Dieters cookbook. They have lots of filling recipes for under 500kcals.

Or you could have a look through our recipe section where there are more recipes than you can shake a cookbook at!
Hi Bev. One book I really like is Flash Cooking by Laura Santinni. Lots of lovely healthy recipes and some unusual ideas.
