Just to let you know that I have updated the post.
Personally I didn't feel my toes had been stepped on but after having spent countless hours on this forum I am more knowledgeable about people's life, where food and diet fit in, health and family issues, indeed the whole context. Therefore you cannot lift one observation or discussion topic for a basis for another blog, particularly without asking. @Peebles explained it much better.

My weight loss has been relatively easy and I will always be grateful to this forum, the contributors and @Moogie and @carorees in particular. Perhaps that's why I felt a bit defensive.
Looks like everyone is working together to resolve this issue peacefully, that's great :)
