Has anyone else experienced problems with poor sleep quality since starting the 5:2 diet? I have had terrible sleep lately (and not just on fast days) and am unsure whether it is due to the diet or just one of those things. I do have phases in my life when I have a lot going on in my life, or there is a full moon (seriously!) that affects my sleep.
Just wondering (won't stop the diet, though as at 4 and a half weeks the weight is beginning to seriously come off!
