How about seeing the things that you have accomplished that you thought was impossible. A trip to Singapore and not gain weight and you ate/tasted everything that you remembered or wanted to eat. A feat my dear for you!
You have just gotten over walking pneumonia, a thing that you thought only other people get and not yourself. You overcame that and even started walking a lot. You are not a morning person but you have managed to walk before work on all the days you had planned to walk. Days where you plan for a long walk, you have done it, no matter how tired or bad the weather was.
How about housework? You have managed to keep everything manageable and even do more than usual. Decluttering your items to the point that you have nothing to declutter this spring.
You have started on fasting again. Sure there are days when it will be very hard and days where you eat too much when you have not planned it. Do not be too hard on yourself as it is all about pick yourself up when you stumble and to carry on the path that you have choose to take. Remember about taking one day at a time and not put too much pressure on yourself. You are your own worst enemy. When the emotions and issues come up and boy are they coming up, you face it and work it out so that it will not haunt you again. I know you can do it as you have done so much so many times before.
Tomorrow you will fast, you will not stress about weight loss and all that. It will come automatically. You are just to enjoy that you are alive and finally taking care of yourself. Putting your health and sanity first.
