A purchaser with too much time on her hands

Half way first week

by Aina on 30 May 2013, 13:25

I know I have 2 hunger trigger times (how the body is so used to routines) which is 1030am and 2pm when I am at work. I used the fasting day to check on how long the hunger last before it subsides. It is all about learning my body and its responses day. When I am not stressed or bored, I can easily overcome these problems. If I am not, then I am doomed.

My plan is to walk on most days a minimum of 30 minutes, fast 3 times a week and enjoy each and single day that I am alive that I have tons to be grateful for. I would soon be hitting the farmers market to stock up on fresh vegetables that are to die for. To keep an eye on the amount of food consumed on non fasting day ( I want to get as much green goodies as possible)

As usual, second time fasting is the worst and it was. It maybe due to the stressfull situation I am in right now or maybe I just am pmsing. The joys of being a female. I was happy that I had done my walk as I wont get the nagging feeling in the evening as to not done enough. My normal pitfall of expecting too much and doing too much and burning out.

Day 3 fast will be on a Friday to which we will be having cake to say good bye to a co working. I already told my supervisor that I am fasting and I wont be eating and she said I can bring it home. No big deal. :like: :like:
