10 push ups each time you pass the stairs? That really accumulates! You rock!
Thanks! When I need to to to the bathroom I pass stairs twice, let the dog out twice and kid screaming for me from his bedroom downstairs...you get the point.

I did some body work on Friday and I was really aching the whole of Saturday and Sunday. I did a 19 hr fast on Monday and one set of the workout. I am easing myself into it as I know charging headon means I will lose steam.
One set was enough to get me panting and sweating and dizzy on the sofa. So I was glad I did not over do it. I found out that I need heavier weights and the 4 kg kettle bell was too light for me for my dumbell rows. I do have dumbells and weights at home somewhere. I just need to dig them out.
I do 10 push ups each time I pass my stairs which is about all the time as I have a weirdly constructed house. When I started on Friday I barely could do five and now I am able to do 10. I will slowly increase the amount I will do each time I pass by the stairs. My goal as said to do a proper push up. I am already seeing nice muscle or should I call it fish balls bicepts.
Rome was not built in a day and I have 9 months to get that body that I want. The fasting will be changed into 19 hrs fast daily. I am taking that slowly too. I did 19 hrs yesterday, today it was 16+hrs and tomorrow again 19 hours. I will keep that eating window and see what the weight ends up and how the body work progress. This fast is from the 5 hr fast to which you have a 5 hr window of eating which suits me well. I really do my most damaged when I eat at work anyway. I will not fast on weekends if I dont need to. We tend to have lunch out on Saturdays and it is hard to say I am fasting to hubby who is in the dark.
So I am officially on maintainance mode!! I am happy to be where I am now and is looking forward to my new journey.
