A purchaser with too much time on her hands

Phase 2

by Aina on 07 Oct 2013, 07:13

I am now on ‘maintainance’ and slowly starting phase 2. I have started a few exercises and my muscle was complaining about it a few days afterwards. Today will be the official full body work out though I am not sure if I am able to do all 3 sets.

Here is the list:
20 body weight squats
10 push ups
20 lunges
10 dumbbell rows
15 sec planks
30 jumping jacks

It will be interesting as I need to tone up and I have set a goal of getting that flat tummy that I never had and to lower my body fat to 20% or lower. It is currently 29.5%. Way too high for my liking as it means I am skinny fat. I already have a plan and I managed to get to where I am way faster than I thought I would so now I can use the other time to tone up. I have only my upper body to worry. The few squats and push-ups I did the weekend already has made its mark on my legs. My muscles already have cuts and definition. It kind of freaks my husband when I am sitting on the sofa and I stretch and flex my legs. Now if I can only get as good muscles on my tummy, arms and back!

The dumbbell rows will help strengthen my arms and back while the push-ups my arms, chest and back. I so want to do a pull up. I cannot even do a pull up while hanging on my coffee table so I have a goal to aim. I want to do a proper male push up. I am so going to do this. I am determined about it.
