A purchaser with too much time on her hands

Taking a step back or two.

by Aina on 20 Oct 2013, 18:38

After 2 weeks of being sick. I am going to take a step back on my plans and just let it slide for a while. I have not done any real fasting or anything and still maintained my weight loss. Of course there is the normal fluctuation that I am not taking into account as I am females and water retention and what not is infamous.

Tomorrow I will start back at work and will be fasting. I am going to do a water only fast or attempt to do it. The past week or so I have not had any appetite and it only awakens when I start eating food. So I want to see how long I can fast (max 1 day of no food) before I cave in.

I have had time to take a look at what I want and right now I want to rid of another 4-5 kgs before I start embarking on my exercise routine. It is winter and starting to be very cold and for those who are from up north knows how cold and terrible our winters are. You only want to come home, snug under a comforter in front of the fire place and not move a muscle.
