Week 3

I am using less money in buying food as I don’t eat lunch 3 times a work week. At home I eat as ‘normal’ as possible with the family. I am fitting into pants that are too small last year so I am happy as I refused to buy new clothes and want to get back into what I have.
The walk has been great. I have diligently walked at least 30 min a day on fast day and at least 1 hour on non-fast days. I will not be weighing myself until Saturday though I have to wake up early that day. I usually wake up at around 1030 so we see how it will turn out. I welcome any loss and rejoice it while if no movement I will take it in my stride. I did say I am giving this a 12 week period so within the time frame, I will do all I can.
Non fast day the food intake has been ok. I do not really count calories only how full I feel while eating. I stop and not push over the limit. I have not said I cannot eat so and so nor do I over eat the ‘bad’ stuff.
My plan is once fall sets in and the morning walk comes to a standstill I will start on the 30day shred. That way I can do it each morning before work and see what it will do to my body.
