Has the new BMI and the weight loss this far all been achieved only by 5:2 or you have significantly increased your activity levels too?

In three weeks I'm going away for the weekend, attending a special event I have been going to every year for the past five years BUT this year will be different because I now have the confidence to get dressed up in period costume and know I will look good and actually ENJOY posing for photos.
I would love to be able to give Michael Mosley a hug - he changed my life.
