Week 3 update

Well - I'm 3 weeks into this thing now - and i've got to say that it ia bringing good results so far. Strictly keeping to the 600 calorie intake on a Monday and a Thursday - i have been eating pretty much what i want on the other days . This doesn't seem like dieting at all!! yet i'm loosing weight - 8 lb in 3 weeks. :grin: I was astonished to see that i'd lost 3 lb this week after over indulging on barbecue and sweet products ! :-o Anyway - i would recommend this 5:2 stategy to anyone who has any doubts. Looking forward now to getting in some clothes that have been sitting idle in my wardrobe .Cheers everyone!
