Another successful fast

by Bobshouse on 04 Apr 2013, 18:32

It is now evening and I have had my meal. Came in at 410 cals and I am full. Had a rumbly tummy during the day but ignored it and managed a full 24 hour fast, my second this week.
I have identified two things that have contributed to my depression and am now working on sorting things out.
Generally my mood is lighter but I know I am not completely out of the woods yet. Being more in control of my food is definitely helping. I am very tired and having to push myself to do all that needs doing each day. I am in this for the long haul and do see it as my way of life now. I want to keep with two 24 hour fasts every week.
