Help!

Should be a fast day today. Had a really bad night suffering severe indigestion, something I have never had before. In the last few weeks I have been introducing meat to my diet due to problems finding vegetarian stuff in France. I had been veggie for 34 years. It has made me feel I have to go back to my veggie food as meat does not agree with my body. My reason for being veggie was I could not divorce what ran in the field from what ended on the plate. It just felt wrong to eat animals. I never had any problem cooing it for the family. I will do some research to find suitable recipes finding foods here. Pulses and certain spices, variety of veg are some of the problems. I have been uncomfortable eating meat and had to steel myself to do so. This has all been a very hard journey for me, trying to overcome my negative attitude to food, the binge/starve cycle and 5:2 has been helping me do this. Today will be nearly a fast but not my all day I had managed last week. I have had my porridge but will have no lunch. I will have a low calorie dinner, I have some soup ready so should stay within my 500 cals.
Food should not be such a problem and I am sure it is all my years of weight watchers that has corrupted my attitude. It has to be said that when I was 15stone I was happier and more balanced with food. Also my weight stayed the same where as the last 10 years I have lost and gained the same two stone so many times which is not good. It is this pattern I am keen to break.
