Still going strong

by Bobshouse on 01 May 2014, 05:08

Well, how about that, two fasts done already this week and I am still alive! Yes, I have felt hungry, and a bit wobbly at times but nothing serious. When I think about it I am very angry with WW for always telling me I must eat frequently, never allow myself to feel hungry. I have come to realise that is false, it is normal to feel hungry when you are due a meal. We are so used to 24 hr food we never get to understand feeling hungry. I enjoy my food so much more now as I am not just shovelling it in without thought
Managed to get the grass cut at the front yesterday and all edges trimmed so it looks neat and tidy. Gite is sparkling too. Bit of a cheat with this letting as it is my eldest daughter and her hubby. This is our first year so they are test running it. The paying visitors arrive at the end of the month. Feel nervous about it.
Well must go and sort out chickens and ducks then get myself ready to go out. See you all later
