Time to add somethjng new

Today I am going to follow 16:8. It is a feed day but to control it better without calorie counting I am missing out breakfast and starting with lunch around 1pm. That allows me to have my Sunday roast and pud within the time scale. If this works, and I don't see why it wouldn't, this will be the norm on feed days. It will change between the first and second part of the day as necessary but also because I love my breakfast. I feel excited about this as this could be the key I have been looking for to finally get my weight under control. What I also love about this whole thing is no one needs to know what I am doing. It seems it is acceptable to say I don't want something whereas if I mention 'diet' the floodgates of advice pour out.
So that is my plan. Sounds good to me.

In for repair Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Your plan sounds good to me too.....following a good old feast at the chinese restaurant last night adding a whole kilo I desperately need to fast/repair.....Not had breakfast but couldn't resist half of OH toasted cheese sarnie :frown: but other than that and lots of cups of black tea won't be eating til 5pm and that will be a mass of dry fry stir fried veggies with balsamic vinegar to give it flavour :like: I will be trying ADF from tomorrow for the 2wks I have before I am away for a week...... :clover:

Found it really easy today. Went from yesterday evening until 1pm today without eating. Will have nothing after 8pm today as never do. I am hoping this will get my weight dropping. Remains to be seen if this causes problems with fasting tomorrow.

Hey Bobbie, That's just what I do and because I miss my yummy porridge I occasionally have it in the evening. I am currently 16:8ing and low carbing. Easy isn't it? Have you looked at Ballerinas eating window thread? The URL is in her signature.
