Today I will not binge

by Bobshouse on 20 Mar 2013, 08:28

Off to agility training this morning full of porridge and toast. Bit of shopping to do on way home and then as dog will be crashed all afternoon will carry on spreading the gravel. I am very bad at estimating and asked OH how much gravel was in the pile.......10 tons, not the one I thought it was. Filling my day will hopefully keep me out of the pantry. Made some Florentines yesterday and am looking forward to having one with coffee this afternoon. I am slowly changing my attitude to food and the fasting is helping me to do this. There are a lot of years of dieting to deal with that have formed my attitude to food. It is no longer the enemy and I now have to limit what I eat. This is a difficult journey that involves strong emotions but I will win. Today is a day when I will not binge.
