Week 2 of 4:3 begins

by Bobshouse on 05 May 2014, 06:40

Woke this morning feeling I wanted breakfast. Cannot give up that soon so put some washing on, let the chickens and Mr Bob out and fed dogs and cats. I saw a big dog fox in a distant field so did some loud clapping. He scooted off but I am sure he has my garden on his rounds so will have to watch out. Still back to 4:3. Having also done some ironing I am now having my coffee and thoughts of breakfast have gone. I will focus on having my breakfast tomorrow morning. And this is how I am making it work. Trying to establish my three fasting days and telling myself I can have it tomorrow. I don't think I have lost much weight so far but know it takes a while for my body to adjust. So, one day at a time with the same fast days each week and one day I will see I have lost weight.
