Six weeks in
I started this WOL on 24/1/13, just over six weeks ago (started on a Thursday, but have weekly weigh ins on a Monday) and so far I have lost 14lbs, which I'm absolutely delighted with. I've never been able to lose weight so fast and consistently before. I've mostly been doing 4:3 and have been counting calories on my feed days, so that I keep control of how much I eat.
Only negative effects I have had is on two occasions I have had a headache on a fast day, but both times it was during my period, so think that was probably the reason. Otherwise I've not experienced any problems.
I've also lost 2" off my waist and 3" off my hips. A couple of pairs of my trousers are now falling off me.

Some new milestones

Yesterday, I went and bought some new trousers, as my current ones are all hanging off me - thank goodness for belts to save my modesty! Anyway, bought size 16 jeans - it has to be at least 10 years since I could get into that size, so that was amazing
