My first 24 hour fast

I've been doing IF for about a month now, doing 16:8 eating window, although most of the time it's more like 18:6. I have never tried doing a full fast before because I just thought that I couldn't do it. I did try to push my feeding window to 20:4 a couple of times, but each time had been rough, the hunger pangs were intense and after breaking fast I felt sick. So I thought I'd never do it again.

I have been doing quite well losing weight using 16:8 window, as you can see on my progress tracker. I wasn't even doing it everyday, just 4-5 days per week but the weight kept moving down. Until last Sunday when I had a big splurge and saw a big jump on the scale :doh: . I was not happy about it, and I felt like I needed to do some damage control. So I decided to try doing a full fast day.

So on my last meal on Sunday evening was at 7 pm. Afterwards I didn't eat anything, only had water and tea (no sugar)...
