Fasting with the sick!

by DragonsHeart on 14 Feb 2014, 18:50

Not me, don't fear, my 2 yea old has a nasty bug so was up most of Wednesday night/Thursday morning with her, but I still kept up with my fast day!!

missed breakfast but did have a cuppa tea, lunch had a turkey salad, did laps after that and had slice of bread, but i blame the tiredness at that point! For tea (had it about 6pm) half a chicken, chorizo and bean soup as it was awful, all bean, no meat!! and an orange, so i think i still did well even with several cups of tea to keep me awake as i looked after Sofia!

After thought: She's doing a lot better now, just needs to catch up on sleep poor thing!!
