4th fast was ragged

My goal when fasting is 1000 calories. I overshot yesterday by 224, since I broke down in the late evening and ate some popcorn and wine. Still, I'm down 3.5 lbs from the start.
I slacked a little exercising. I walked 2 miles instead of running or cycling.
Today, I've made up slight for that -- cycling 10 miles. I'm hoping that the lost 3.5 lbs help me a) roll with less friction; b) be more streamlined. I really want to complete my 100 mile ride before 1PM ... and hopefully avoid the 100ºF temperatures.
