This really works

I'm down about 6-7 lbs. in just six fasts. I think I'll adopt this as an ongoing habit. The trick will soon be not to eat so little that my muscles start to waste away. I am now light enough to optimize my effort on a planned 100 mile bicycle ride next week.
Of course, all that weight I've lost, I'll be putting into a large water-carrying backpack and two water bottles, which I'll carry on my ride.
