New Year and back in the fast-saddle again?

I don't quite feel as good and lean as I did pre-Christmas, however. I think it's partly because I've been having a few too many little treats on my feed days (even if I stay under my TDEE, I think too many treats are still not necessarily a good thing). I think for some reason my digestive system has been struggling to readapt to the system. No idea why... might have just been a bit of a fluke last week and we'll see how I do by the end of this week.
I do wonder if going on breaks from fasting can be worse in the long run--not so much because of weight gain but because of how the body adapts to the new ebb and flow of fasting... but I won't say anything for certain yet as it's definitely early days.
What I have been greatly enjoying is making up all of these fab (to my taste, at least!) low calorie soups on fasting days. I tend to crave more fluids anyway and then having a nice warming soup feels amazing going down. I've been documenting them in a file on my laptop and might post them online once I refine them a bit more. If I keep up this way I might even have a cookbook!
Anyways, here's hoping for a new year and continued progress. I have 9 weeks, 4 days before the 'BIG DAY' and if I can lose another 13-14 lbs that would be grand. I'd be almost in my health BMI range again.. I'd look amazing in the wedding dress and I'd have fully and utterly ingrained this WOE into my mind and body.
