A good day!

by Loosejeans on 04 Feb 2014, 08:05

So Fast day went fine yesterday, and another one due on Thursday. Managed to keep under my TDEE of 1881 on Sunday as well with a total intake of just over 1300.

Yesterday consisted of coffee with milk from a 100 cal allowance of milk I measure out each Fast morning. A good uphill walk for one and a half hours, another coffee on my return. Then lunch was a chicken breast with chicken broth, Baxters tinned, and a low fat yoghurt and another coffee. That left me with enough milk for two small coffees, one in the early evening and one at around 8ish. I always have my main meal at lunchtime.

I also drank 2 litres of water. 10st 6lbs this morning down one from yesterday, but we all know how that works, as long as I'm that pound down on Friday I will be happy enough so aiming for 10st 7lbs.

I am exactly 5ft tall, I started the Dukan Diet on the 10th on November 2011 at 183lbs or 13st 7lbs. Got down to a lowest weight of 140lbs or 10st with that but found it difficult to maintain. Started 5:2 with calorie deficit on the 2nd of July and at 10st 9lbs and by the first week of September I was 9st 12lbs - lowest weight for 15 years - so I know it works! Have a great day and thanks for looking in

Starting weight October 2011 was 183lbs Dukanned down to 140lbs found it hard to maintain so started 5:2 in July 2013. Lowest weight was 138lbs in September 2013. My goal is 133lbs or 9st and 7lbs
