Fast Day Rumbles back Around

Wednesday I continued to remain the soul of restraint and managed 1540 calories from my TDEE of 1881. This was despite the great wall of fast foods, instant gratification and temptation put in my way as I wandered efficiently round the high class Designer Shops in my area......Ok in other words I did not eat any crap while wandering round the local Charity Shops looking for cheap designer bargains and overlooked diamond brooches!

Today's weight is 10st 7lbs and I am quite pleased by that because as yet no "hostages" have vacated the building. I'm not making any judgements yet about what my weight might be tomorrow on official weigh-in day because that way I won't be disappointed.

For all those Fasting today - good luck, we can do this! Finally, I had a quick review of the last time I did this and found from noting down the daily weights that to begin with I lost a steady pound per week AND THEN as I carried on I started to lose two pound per week combining 5:2 with a calorie deficit. Have a great day!

Starting weight October 2011 was 183lbs Dukanned down to 140lbs found it hard to maintain so started 5:2 in July 2013. Lowest weight was 138lbs in September 2013. My goal is 133lbs or 9st and 7lbs
