The Hostage Situation!

Not meaning to be too indelicate but I am not the most "regular" of people and for some reason this week the "hostages" are totally refusing to leave. In fact I think a stick of dynamite may be required.

For this reason I am not holding out much hope for tomorrow. Drat!

I'm combining dog walking with decorating activities today - that should keep me occupied during Fast day.

Starting weight October 2011 was 183lbs Dukanned down to 140lbs found it hard to maintain so started 5:2 in July 2013. Lowest weight was 138lbs in September 2013. My goal is 133lbs or 9st and 7lbs
