I see you've now found how to make posts in the forums, which will probably yield more answers for you than Blog posts. A blog is really more designed for users to be able to keep a sort of diary.
As admin I've taken a look and I can see you have set up your starting data in the Progress Tracker - if you click on the Progress Tracker link at the top of the page you should be able to see it. If you want to share these charts & info with other members you need to change the settings on your tracker to allow them to be visible (they are private by default). Just click onto your Progress Tracker page and then the 'Edit Settings' link, you'll see the options for the stats display there
