It’s been awhile

Nearly 5 years, my how time flies. My current weight is 135, and I have decided to start fasting more often to get to my goal of 128. Anything between 128-132 is good these days. I have been around 132 lately but think I gained a little or it’s the salty foods, time will tell.

pre Christmas cleanse

129 today,

My goal for Christmas is 124 so I had better get a move on if I,m going to get there in time.

I,m fasting 4-5 times per week just for the next two weeks.

Yesterday was a fast day 500 cals

Today I water fasted for 22 hours and then had 1000 cals. Fast started 7.30 pm.

Back for more

I've had two weeks break but my weight went up to 129.8 on Saturday, now two days later it's 127.8. It was such a rush this morning to wake and realise I had done it, I had completed a 40 hour fast. I'm stoked! I want to ride this feeling all day. Can't wait to do my next one. I have a watermelon waiting for me in the fridge for when true hunger sets in, but for now, onwards and downwards ( on the scale).

Fasting today

I am holding at 127.6 so am fasting again in order to shake it up some and see a loss for this week. I'm not exercising much this week as I found that increased my hunger too much. One thing at a time. I feel it's good to give the body a rest from time to time. Soup and vegetables later but for now it's coffee time. I am loving this website so much, it really motivates me when I know I am not doing this alone. :like:

Excited, this really does work.

About 5 days ago I weighed in at 130.6 a all time high for this year. Today I was 127, a 2.6 drop since just yesterday! I do know it will bounce back with fluids as it can't all be fat, mostly water loss. It does motivate me to keep going, to stay strong and to make healthy choices. I'm not hungry yet after yesterdays fast so am going to take advantage of the lower hunger and keep fasting until tonight.
