Another day and feeling great

by Rhonda on 02 May 2013, 07:57

Golf was fantastic yesterday and I enjoyed a lovely salad with grilled chicken at the clubhouse (no salmon :() and my evening meal was wonderful.

Off to have a walk, cup of tea without milk, and a long chat with a friend. Dinner tonight is going to be roast chicken without skin and veg - lunch is undecided at the moment - possibly a salad at the café we are going to - not sure, may come home and make homemade veg soup..

So far I have had:
Tea without milk
Coffee with skim
Pint water
Fig roll - hubby keeps bringing me one with my coffee so I eat it.

It is going to be a great day
