I'm still here...

by Rhonda on 04 May 2013, 08:05

Heading out to play golf shortly and the sun is peaking through the clouds
My second fast day is tomorrow and I am still looking forward to that, so with that in mind it is helping me to make healthy choices for food today. I was going to have a meal at the clubhouse golf but have decided to come home and make something healthy instead - not sure what at this point in the morning but have several options - will see what happens.
My first weigh in will be Monday morning and I am looking forward to seeing a lower number on the scales
I also have golf tomorrow (fast day) so hopefully I will not be too tired - worry a bit about that but hey hoe will give it a go anyway - nothing ventured and so on...
I still find myself eating too many biscuits/cookies - and hubby commented on that yesterday (although he brings one to me every morning with my coffee - go figure) - will have to work on this - watch this space as they say.
I did have half a bottle of beer last night, which tasted good but in hindsight I should have said no.

Well off to the course I go - hoping for a great score so handicap will reduce
