Week 3 over and still the same after Christmas feast

by Rhonda on 30 Dec 2013, 07:48

Well I am really pleased with myself, didn't overdo things at Christmas but did enjoy everything I wanted without stuffing myself or over indulging. I did an extra fast day on Saturday just to keep things ticking over, although I didn't stuff myself I still had far too many calories (not that I counted them) and was aware that my weight would increase if I didn't take measures to ensure that it didn't. So, jumped on scales this morning and still weigh 13 stone 7 - which is perfectly okay with me
Today is another fast day and I feel good, what more can I say?

Thanks rawkaren :) I am really pleased with my efforts, although I must admit it was pretty much effortless.
