Week 8 still the same as last week

by Rhonda on 31 Jan 2014, 07:30

Well some things never change and with me it seems to be I am lighter every second week - but that is okay with me - better to stay the same one week and being lighter the next. Still enjoying 5:2 way of life but to be honest this week I had difficulty with both fast days, most likely because I have been unwell this week and sometimes I crave unhealthy food, but in saying that I still managed to eat far less than I would have 8 weeks ago, so to me that is a bonus. I am off target now to reach my Valentine's goal of 13 stone realistically but I will endeavour to get as close to that target as possible and be satisfied with that as in my book anything I weigh that is less than what I started with 8 weeks ago is magic. Looking forward to feeling better and more energised and to a healthier me.
