Week One done and dusted and 2 pounds lighter :)

Well I did it, completed my first week with two fast days (Monday and Thursday) and I am happy to say I am 2 pounds lighter for my efforts. What a fab week, don't feel as though it was a struggle, as it was actually quite easy, and today is another fast day which I am handling so far so good. I know I am having homemade chili this evening with a couple of tortilla chips on the side, no rice or cheese, so had small amount of homemade yogurt with strawberries and blueberries and a wee drizzle of Agave Nectar. I have had loads of water and tea and one cup of coffee so far. I am looking forward to my chili this evening and have had a few tummy rumbles this afternoon but nothing that is worrying. I can and will do this correctly this time, my head is in the right place.

Well done! It's not as hard as it may seem at first and it does get easier. Keep on keeping on and you will reach your goal. One thing I find that really helps, is logging on the forum, I get so much support and motivation just reading about others success. :)

Made it through yesterday's fast without a hitch. Looking forward to Thursday's fast.
Off to driving range to swing my golf clubs then some shopping - then work.
