last week of DODO

by Sallyo on 26 Apr 2015, 21:51

So begins another week of DODO. I'll be so glad to get back to 5:2. I'm at home now. Came back for the Green training day on Saturday and to welcome Emily yesterday. She is staying with us for a month while she does her nursing placement at the Mersey. Today I am going back to Lonny via Community Transport. They are picking me up at 12.15. What I have to do before that: pack. That's all. I did a house clean yesterday before Emily arrived. I could plant broad beans. It would just be a matter of clearing out the rest of the tomato bed and bunging them in. That would be a good job done and would keep my mind off food. I think I'll do that tomatoes and toast thing for breakfast as it does make me feel miserable to go without breakfast. Then I can hang out until I have some dinner or even a light lunch in at the hospital and no dinner. So time to get into it. This is my last week of DODO. I'll do Monday- Wednesday - Friday, and then I'll go back to Monday - Thursday. I won't do the last Sunday - Tuesday DODO fasts.

Katharina is my fasting buddy.
