Just saying, sorry blog to be away so long. I have been in Launceston. Didn't fast today. Had a Green training day here and it was at my place and people had brought food, so it would have been too hard not to eat. I've been going ok fasting up in Lonny. But it's all very tough at the moment. Next week I'm going to cut myself some slack and just concentrate on sitting by Tony's bed and getting on with my knitting. there has been too much going on and I need to stop and just not try to do anything else except look after Tony and me.

Katharina is my fasting buddy.
