Stepping scales

by Sandcastle on 25 Jul 2013, 00:40

My dream is to look down at my scales and have it show the word: Light.
My new scales are a bargain, they are $1 shop type. They do give me an impression of my weight, within a few kgs. I at least know I've shed weight and it's stayed off. Depending on how I lean over the dial it's 4 kgs off or 7 kgs less than when I started. The important thing is it is weighing less kgs. I sometimes think I could put my stats on my forum profile as weight lost: about 5 kgs but could be more. I forget to go to the chemist's to check...

My vegetable cooking is so much more interesting than before with WW. I eat meat when I'm out or the meal's been cooked already. But I use many spices and herbs now and highlight the vegetables. So now instead of a chop I might have some avocado, some tofu, an egg, nuts. Quorn and pulses and vege mains I find useful too. I also find eating lightly is a breeze, and my weightlessness aim is part of a calm gentle lifestyle. Fasting, 5:2 and repair and rest: all enjoyable.
