Hi, I haven't wrote anything on here as I just got on with my diet? I started in February this year and have lost approximately 21 lbs. overall I am happy, although I would have liked to be at my target weight by now ( another stone hopefully). However I haven't stayed on aDiet for this long so overall this is the one for me. I fast on a monday and a Wednesday every week? I just had A few weeks off in the summer. I fast about 22 hours and just eat at tea time. Although I do drink lot's of tea with milk during the day which helps to keep me going. I love it when I go to bed on a Wednesday as that's my fasting finished until Monday. I am quite good during the week overall ( eating approximately. 1300 cals) however from Friday to Sunday I eat thousands! This has helped me to stay on the diet, it is so liberating. I do need to reduce my calorie intake a bit more now though as I have plateaued for the past month! I highly recommend this diet to anyone. I have struggled for 35 years to keep my weight under control and and the grand old age of 55 I think I have FINALLY found 'the One'.
