by Sue.Q on 01 Aug 2014, 12:52

I'm now 16 months into my fasting journey!!!.
Totally unheard of before, the staying power alone but put that fact with the lack of regular weightloss this year, well I'm still here all thanks to this WOL and this great forum. :like:

I also restarted my walking just small walks to begin with then later building the length up as I travelled through the summer months.
After a couple of weeks I found this forum
full of (mostly) lovely people kind, helpful, friendly and very informative I've learned so much from this forum which has provided me with the backbone to my weightloss journey.
Shorter version...
