One small step ------a new way of life!!

by arkmead on 20 Oct 2013, 21:30

4 weeks update.
I have managed to continue with ADF and lost nearly 16 lbs so far which averages to about 4 lbs a week. I am very pleased with this WOE. I have managed to get into a nice rhythm so far and I am finding the fasts not too difficult at present. Over the last 2 weeks I have upped my activity level too which is great as I am managing to feel more energetic and motivated. To help with this I invested in a fitbit( which is fab btw). I have achieved my first goal of moving from 13 stone to 12 stone range in weight and now I am looking forward to moving from obese to overweight category as my next goal. :victory:

But I was in a very unhealthy relationship and my ex was very domineering and critical. He kept on criticising my very small weight gain. I was a sleep deprived full time working exhausted new mother who was raising my young son single handedly as conveniently my ex decided to work 400 miles away at this very critical time when I needed his support the most. I...
