6th fast......a bit shaky

by carieoates on 20 Jun 2013, 15:12

Today I have been a lot hungrier than usual. Had a low fat homemade banana and blueberry muffin early on and I think this did a massive amount of damage. I've been more hungry than ever during fast day. Had a yoghurt and an egg at lunch time as I was a bit wobbly. Then got home from work..... Still shaky. So I've had a hot chocolate in the hope that it'll sort me out. I did a very sweaty, hard aerobics class last night then had two lovely glasses of cold wine. Jacket potato with beans and cheese tonight. How long can I wait. Going to get busy to try and focus on something else. Weigh in tomorrow....

Good luck!! It is a hard journey and a lot of us are in the same boat as you. Sometimes when hungry I ask myself is it tummy hunger or head hunger. Most of the time its stress/boredom and not the need for food.
