12.11.2
ARGHHHHHH
What's going on, I'm going to start a "what's going on" tent.
Two fantastic fasts again this week, less alcohol, ie one G&T plus two glasses of red since Sunday.
Lasagna, fish, chicken, veggies, salad,
And to top it off 16.8 every other.
Drink more water :?:

I now 16.8 all of the time.
It kept me on the straight and narrow whilst recovering from my op, but since I've started doing proper full 5.2 or 4.3 I have struggled with the yo yo 1-2 lb lose, gain ride.

I've learned to like almonds as a snack, which is good isn't it?
I'm not having so much booze, which is also good,
I am also very aware of carbs.
I don't fill up on sugary fruit as a snack.
But
I have found that when tired I will over eat.

So in summary I do not know why I've stalled. I'm just going to plug away. The anaesthetic is still making me tired 20 min sleep needed about three times a week. So until I'm back into my work, home routine I will not expect to lose anything.
