Sunday 29th and Monday 30th

Yesterday I saw an all time low when I weighed in 12.6. Even though I didn't see it again this morning I know I will see it again as that's the way it happens with me.

Sunday weight 12.6

Tea 12

Two slices warburtons white 206
Fried egg 65
Fried ham 70

Gingerbread latte 86

Roast lamb dinner. Roast pots, cabbage, carrots, leeks, sprouts approx 500
Red wine. 260
Port 95
Ate a few chocolates, so estimating 250 cals

Total =1441


Monday weight 12.8

Tea 12
Bouillon 12

Chicken breast 200
Salad 50
After eights x3 180

Total 443

Finding it a bit harder today, not easy fasting when our daughters needing help with making choc chip cup cakes, stuffing cheeses and crackers and not being allowed to do too much due to convalescence.!

I didn't actually, even though I did end up cleaning up the kitchen afterwards. ,!!!
My stomach was very gurgly after tea though, quite disconcerting.
