Two fasts done this week, and good ones they were.

I'm down a whole pound since Monday morning...woo hoo

Mug of homemade soup 80cals

Dinner
Half an aubergine baked with tom and veg sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.
Salmon fillet

Hot choc - evening treat.


Today

Tea so far

The sun is shining,
Been out in the garden doing a bit of tidying and cleaning out with the chooks.

Lunch
Poached eggs on a slice of white toast.


Dinner

Chicken Tikka - jar sauce mix
White rice
