Well done! I have not weighed either. Can't decide how long to leave it..... how is the recovery going?

Doing brilliantly thanks Karen, I feel like a fraud as don't feel ill at all. Now I have another two weeks off! I'm going to start a little gentle exercise next week.
Peeing it down outside again, so glad I'm not battling into work. I thought I'd weigh Fridays only. Saying that I will prob change my mind as I don't really like being in the dark. Not that a gain darkens my mood, I'm a positive person really so if I'm negative.....it's bad.
Actually might find it easier to fast now that they've all gone back to work/school.
Still haven't decided if I'm going to have a couple of weeks of 4.3 whilst I'm still at home
