My weightloss journey - work in progress

I went on holiday to Turkey in May 2011, I weighed my heaviest at 19 stone and I felt ill and ashamed that I had let myself get that big. We stayed at a spa resort and I was swimming every day, mainly to hide, if I was in the pool no-one could see me.
I joined my husband in the gym, but it was only a token gesture, ten minutes on a treadmill and I'd had enough.
When we came home I weighed myself to see what the damage was and I had lost 7lbs.That started me off on yet another diet.
I went on Atkins because I had been successful before on it. I lost a couple of stone but was struggling, it is not for me long term, I was still eating low fat stuff that I thought was helping my weightloss.
I began reading about full fat / low sugar natural way of eating, and I tweaked my diet ditched the low fat processed rubbish and lost another 2 stone.
The only exercise I did was swimming a couple of times a week and a bit of walking.
