moderate days

by deMuralist on 08 May 2013, 16:31

Well yesterday started out as a fast day but I went a tad high, hit 785 instead of 500 to 550 (which is the 25% of TDEE). But I am ok with that, oddly. I don't feel guilty. That is a good thing.

Today will be moderate as well as I have a dinner to go to tonight, so I have no control over what I eat, just how much. Again I am fine with that.

The thing that is different to me about this "plan" than any "diet" I have been on is the incredible flexibility. I feel like I am totally able to adjust to needs, occasions, and even to hunger. Yesterday I didn't feel like the fish and veggies I had planned so I went with spanokopita which was already made, but slightly higher in calories, but also yummy.

I feel sure I can continue this to my goal and into maintenance. That is a great feeling.
