well, it works

by deMuralist on 18 May 2013, 13:09

263, that is the lowest this year. And yesterday was not my low day. I ate dinner out, then came home and had some yogurt and blueberries for dessert.

This is by far, the easiest "diet" I have ever been on. I can't get over that all I have to do is not eat at work to make such a big difference in my intake. Somehow this has really changed my whole attitude though.

I don't fear being hungry. That is HUGE! I used to get ready to run errands (or whatever) and think well I need to hurry so I can get home in time for lunch, or wait and eat lunch and go afterward. And always had a small bag of almonds, in case I got hungry while I was out - God forbid!

I don't know how I came to fear hunger, but I am thrilled I don't anymore. And even more thrilled that this is working. Very happy
