You seem a bit up and down if the scales go up versus down, so you might not want to weigh too often so you don't have the disappointment if it doesn't show what you want...
OTOH, I weigh most days (whenever I am at home) and look at trends more than absolute weights (but if I do have a blip and go up, it does help me to focus on why - have I over indulged or is it just natural variations and water retention....... but this does take a degree of self discipline to not react negatively to the read out on the scales!! and it also takes a few weeks to see a good pattern of trends emerging....
If you decide to not weigh too often, I'd suggest you choose 1st thing on waking either directly before your 1st fast day (weekly heaviest) or directly after 2nd fast day (weekly lightest) and stick consistently to that so you are comparing like with like as much as possible. Or you could throw out the scales and not worry about it at all
