Officially no longer obese..officially pissed off with the numbe

I should be really happy today. I have moved to the overweight scale rather than the obese scale.

Having been on the wrong scale for the past 6 or so years, this is great, and motivates me to keep living the 5:2 lifestyle. I do not think of 5:2 as a diet.

The number 30 has been burnt into my psyche for quiet some time, and I have really been getting fed up for some time at trying to get myself registered under this illusive scale. The 5:2 lifestyle has really been the key. Being in my early 50s I have taken on a new approach to my life. More activity, more energy.

So today I will celebrate knowing that today is not so important, well not in comparison to discovering this winning lifestyle :cool:
